A blend of three essential oils created to promote sleep. Lavender is soothing and relaxing and can promote restful sleep. Chamomile is also soothing and relaxing and Clary Sage allows the body and mind to relax simultaneously.
Methods of use:
Do not apply undiluted to the skin.
Add 3-4 drops to a bath or a shower.
A hot or cold compress.
Blend into creams or lotions.
Inhalation 1 – 4 drops.
Massage diluted with a carrier oil.
Diffuser, oil burner or Aromastone.
